About Us

The Pinnacle Project is our educational sector presented by our parent agency Amona Media, in partnership with ongoing campaign “One Girl At A Time."


The Pinnacle Project is grounded in mentorship, helping youth of all ages find their voice, as they embark on a journey to self-discovery through a diverse performing arts program. Our curriculums encompass a wide variety of educational and instructional practices to deliver lessons that facilitate and accelerate student learning.


We want to empower, nurture and provide guidance through performing arts-based workshops, leadership, and events.

Performing Arts

A results driven performing arts program. We educate kids and teens with the skills and experience they need to excel in the industry.


Since opening our doors, we’ve been committed to helping the youth pursue a career they love.


Our program provides a unique and highly personalized method of learning, creating an environment to nurture, educate and encourage creative individuals to achieve the highest level of success.


What we offer

A 6 week crash course designed for ages 5-17 . This program provides immense support to help parents build their child’s career. We take 6-10 kids and teens a session, in either an in person model or remote model.


The program doesn’t only teach kids and teens acting techniques and exercises , but instead provides a well rounded program that teaches leadership skills, public speaking, writing, but most importantly self confidence and self discovery. We also educate parents about the BUSINESS of working in the performing arts industry.


  • By the end of the 6 weeks your child will walk away with a completed actors reel, headshot and resume.
  • Your child's actor reel will come from projects they worked on during the course.
  • The director of the program emails your child’s reel , headshot and resume to over 50 agents/managers.
  • Class is three times a week, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

During the program, we provide free meals for students Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We take students to performing arts events local theatre shows and Broadway shows.

After the program, students are allowed continuous training through 1 on 1 coaching.

Our Program Director, Princess Adenike, expanded our program to Lagos, Nigeria, centered on performing arts, with a focus in music.

Meet Our Program Director

Princess Adenike is a first-generation Nigerian-American actress and writer, raised in Jamaica, Queens New York. She made her television debut as an actress in Wu-Tang: An American Saga, moving on to star in TV shows such as Ray Donovan, Power: Ghost, and Suspicion. Princess recently had a supporting role on Blumhouse Feature Nanny as Nikki and will be recurring in Netflix's scripted series Survival of The Thickest.


Princess Adenike created an ongoing nonprofit campaign called One Girl At a Time. One Girl At A Time is on a mission to help women on their journey of self-discovery. Leading with her passion for human interest stories that further build/discover a human connection, she empowers, nurture and provide guidance through performing arts-based workshops, film, events, and school tours. She has led project-based events, launched school tours across NYC, set up midsized to large events, handled social media and digital marketing, and finally obtained press while leading funding for international relations.


In 2018, Princess Adenike joined Queens Community House as a Leadership Development Specialist, where she developed lesson plan frameworks that align with activity curriculum, workshop themes, social-emotional learning, and project-based learning for middle school students. In 2021 she joined The Bliss Group, as an Associate Account Executive, where she expanded her horizon in communications along with gaining the opportunity to work on collaborative projects. Princess worked with companies such as Biote, and CVS Health where she helped launch their virtual primary care program. In addition, to participating in media relations, and social copy for CVS Health's parent company Aetna, specifically their commercial and local b2b commercial divisions.


As a writer, her screenplay Ethereal, a heartfelt time period piece, became a semi-finalist at the long-standing Big Apple Festival and a finalist at National Black Film Festival. Uniting her love for storytelling and philanthropy she continues to develop projects and initiatives that combine her love for philanthropy and human interest stories.
